The IRS staff council and IRS executive
- The aim of the IRS staff council is to build and improve relations between IRS staff and management on all issues to do with staff welfare and to contribute to ILRI's broader mission.
- All internationally recruited staff with a contract of at least 12 months continuing employment are members of the IRS staff council.
- The IRS staff council generally meets every 2 years during the IPM or ad hoc if needed.
- The IRS executive is the group elected by the IRS staff council to represent it, mainly in discussions with ILRI POD.

Membership of the ilri-IRScouncil wiki is not required to read the wiki pages. Membership is only needed for editing, and is limited to the IRS executive.
